Release and Terms

The undersigned, acting as the duly authorized agent/representative for the above named company, certifies that the information contained on this application is true to the best of his/her knowledge. On The Go Cargo, Inc.’s trade terms are net payment in full of all invoices within 30 days of the billing date. This shipping contract constitutes an agreement between On The Go Cargo, Inc. and the undersigned for an undetermined series of shipments, airfreight destined for air commerce to begin no sooner then seven days from the date of this agreement. In the event that it becomes necessary for On The Go Cargo, Inc. to refer an account to a collection agency or attorney to enforce payment, all reasonable legal fees and applicable and allowable service charges will be paid by the debtor company.
